General terms and conditions at the Gutenberg Family Hotel.

Please note: The hotel services are subject to change as they depend on the legislation in force at the time of your stay.

Reservation:

A reservation can only be considered binding when a written confirmation has been received from both parties.

Rooms:

Unless otherwise agreed, the room, suite or apartment is ready for occupancy from 2 pm on the day of arrival and until 10.30 am on the day of departure.

Cancellations:

For cancellations between the 30th and 20th day before the start of the trip, 25% of the total price without meals will be charged,
up to the 14th day before the trip 50% of the total price without meals will be charged,
up to the 7th day 75% of the total price without meals will be charged,
and later 100% of the total price without meals will be charged,
in case of late arrival and early departure the full price of the room will be charged without food.

We recommend a travel cancellation insurance. For long-term reservations we ask our valued guests to contact us again one week before arrival by phone or e-mail. If it is not possible for you to be present for dinner (until 20.00 hrs) on the day of arrival, please let us know.

"Travel Cancellation Protection Gutenberg":

We now offer our own cancellation protection. This can be booked when you make your room reservation and will be invoiced upon departure. For €1.90 per person and booked day of holiday, all cancellation costs are covered in case of accident, illness or death of the insured. (In case of damage we require a medical certificate or similar, 5% deductible). Please let us know!

Travel Cancellation Insurance:

As an alternative to "Travel Cancellation Protection Gutenberg" we offer in cooperation with Europäische Reiseversicherung AG the conclusion of the travel cancellation insurance Hotelstorno Plus . This insurance can be easily taken out via our website. You can find more information here.

Local tax:

The indicated prices are plus € 3.80 local tax per person (from 14 years) and day, which is paid on site.

Full board:

Full board supplement € 16.00 per person per day.

From two full payers or from the fifth person in the categories Family Suite
