Our professional and responsible childcare provides meaningful, varied leisure activities for the most creative and inquisitive children.

The Family Hotel Gutenberg has a very comprehensive offer for our junior guests:

Supervision and animation for children from 3 years from Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 9.30 pm and on Sunday from 6 pm to 9.30 pm
Toddler care from 1 to 2.99 years from Monday to Saturday from 09.00 am to 11.30 am and from 5 pm to 8.30 pm
2 times a week pony and horse riding on the own paddock is included (usually on Monday and Thursday from the end of March to the beginning of November). Further riding lessons against payment € 17.00 for half an hour

Curiosity Meets Nature – The Explorer Program at Family Hotel Gutenberg

At the Family Hotel Gutenberg, children’s holidays turn into real adventures – full of nature experiences, exciting discoveries, and new friendships. Our Nature & Explorer Program, part of the Nature Programme by Familienhotels Südtirol, is designed for curious young adventurers aged 7 and up.

Together with our loving and trained childcare team, children head out into the beautiful natural surroundings of Schenna. Whether it's on track hunts, playful hikes with treasure hunts, stream adventures, or creative time in our forest workshop, kids get to experience the great outdoors – the world’s most wonderful adventure playground!

They build, craft, and explore using materials from nature. And when it’s time for a snack, the children cook together – around the campfire, during herb workshops, or using ingredients gathered from the fields and woods. It’s a fun and safe way to connect with nature and gain valuable life experiences.

A New Theme Every Year – Always Something New to Discover

To keep things fresh and exciting, the Nature Programme takes on a new theme every year. From wild cooking to natural art, from Stone Age adventures to water worlds – every theme inspires new activities and excursions. There’s always something new to discover, explore, and enjoy.

In addition to the themed program, the Family Hotel Gutenberg offers a wide variety of other fun experiences: from pony riding in our paddock, to outdoor games in the garden, and creative workshops in the Kids Club.
