At the Gutenberg, we will be happy to spoil you every day with fine wines and delicious and healthy delicacies from both traditional and Mediterranean cuisine.

To get you off to a good start on an adventurous day’s holiday we offer a delicious breakfast buffet each morning.
In the evening there is a 4-course menu with a salad and cheese buffet. You can choose each day from three starters, two entremets and three main courses, plus dessert, fruit and ice cream. Our menu always includes meat-free dishes and we will of course also take account of any food intolerances and can prepare lactose- and gluten-free meals.
We only use high-quality ingredients and we use regional produce whenever possible. South Tyrolean cuisine is varied and features numerous Mediterranean influences – our kitchen team can also surprise you with their own creations!
We have a selection of fine wines from South Tyrol and Italy as the perfect complement for each menu.

If you stay at Hotel Gutenberg, you have the option to book a room with breakfast or with our half board plus as well as our full board.

Our half board plus includes:

• Rich breakfast buffet
• Cake buffet in the afternoon
• Dinner with 4-course menu. Juices, natural water and mineral water during dinner are included.

Full board also offers a small lunch menu.
