To get you off to a good start on an adventurous day’s holiday we offer a delicious breakfast buffet each morning.
In the evening there is a 4-course menu with a salad and cheese buffet. You can choose each day from three starters, two entremets and three main courses, plus dessert, fruit and ice cream. Our menu also always includes meat-free dishes for vegetarian guests. We will of course also take account of any food intolerances and can prepare lactose- and gluten-free meals.
We only use high-quality ingredients and we use regional produce whenever possible. South Tyrolean cuisine is varied and features numerous Mediterranean influences – our kitchen team can also surprise you with their own creations!
We have a selection of fine wines from South Tyrol and Italy as the perfect complement for each menu.
A firm favourite of the Gutenberg tradition is the weekly pasta buffet and our popular gala dinner each Sunday, consisting of a starter buffet, soup, two main courses and a dessert
Our barbecue evenings in the garden are a weekly highlight in summer, much appreciated by our guests. Our chef will indulge you each Tuesday with a wide range of grilled specialties and a large dessert buffet. At sunset the beautiful mountain backdrop ensures a very special atmosphere.
For junior gourmets the Hotel Gutenberg also offers a delicious and healthy children’s buffet with all sorts of tasty treats – heaven for the kids! Children can serve themselves to what they fancy without the assistance of adults. The food is prepared to match their tastes and needs.
